Is an account required?

Yes. This is to facilitate the order processing and proved emailed receipt from online store purchase.

What do I do if I forgot my username or password?

I tried to log in with my username and password and it still doesn't let me log in

When you created an account, the store sent an email with a validation link. This must be clicked on in order to validate your email address.

I changed my email address and can not log in

If you can not log in, call our customer service number at 206-937-8069 and they can change the email address in the online store account. Please specify that this in in your online store account.

I changed my email address, but can log in

Log into the online store and click MY ACCOUNT. Change the email address in the Customer Info.  ALSO - select ADDRESSES and edit your addresses to reflect the changed email address as needed.

I moved and need to change my address

Downloads vs Printed Manual & CD-ROM (or USB Flash Drive):

BLS, BTM and TBrac products are available as downloads from our website. For best pricing, the option to download only has been preselected. If you prefer to have a printed manual and either CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive, select the appropriate option when ordering the product. Regardless of preference, you will always have the ability to download the installer(s) from our website.

Can I download the program if I ordered with a Printed Manual & CD-ROM (or USB Flash Drive):

Yes.

What is the difference between Autoscoring vs Non-Autoscoring Products?

Are you ordering for a bowling center? If so, verify that the edition of the product being purchased needs to interact with the center's electronic automatic scoring system. If so, the edition required is the A/S (AutoScoring) edition.  The other editions (Standard and Professional) DO NOT integrate with the scoring system and require scores to be manually entered.

Are you an individual ordering for yourself or a league/tournament? The Standard or Professional editions would be the editions to choose from. The AutoScoring edition is not for home use.

ORDERS

When will I get my preorder?

If an item is preordered, the order will be shipped using the method of shipping designated in the order once materials become available. Payment is required for prior to placing an order on preorder. Registration codes will be emailed after the installers have been made available on our website.

When is the Shipping and Order Processing Cutoff?

Orders received before 12:00PM on a week day will usually be processed and shipped the same business day, using the method of shipping designated. Orders received after this cutoff time will usually be processed and shipped the next business day, using the method of shipping designated.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, exluding weekends and holidays. Once the product has been shipped, the shipper is responsible for any delays or shipment time estimates.

How are backorders handled?

If an item is backordered due to materials being out of stock, the order will be shipped using the method of shipping designated in the order once materials become available.
